Each of our brand packages includes the dot-com domain and a choice of professionally designed logo, which may come in several variations. To transfer ownership of the dot-com domain, we are dependent on the co-operation of the ICANN-approved registrar that registers the domain, as well as the new registrar (if different) that you choose to register the domain on your behalf. Transfer of registration of internet domains is subject to all the terms and conditions of third-party internet domain registrars and/or other third-parties. As such, you as the buyer and we as the seller must each comply with the processes, conditions, limitations and restrictions contained in domain registration agreements with third-party domain registrars and/or other service providers.
The transferability of domain registration may be subject to conditions imposed by the domain registrar and/or other parties. In the event that you, as a buyer, follow any steps required by the current registrar and your choice of new registrar (if different) and we are unable to complete the transfer of the domain to be registered in your name and under your control as you requested at time of purchase, you will be entitled to return the brand package and rights for a 100% refund of all monies you have paid to 5LetterBrands for the brand package.
Notwithstanding any of our other refund conditions, if, through no fault of your own, we are unable to complete the domain re-registration and delivery of all other components of the brand package purchased by you within 180 days, we will refund 100% of all monies you have paid to 5LetterBrands for the brand package within 14 days, upon return of all and any other brand rights, title and/or interest already delivered and transferred to you as part of the purchase. This 180 day time period is to allow time delays imposed by domain registrars for certain transfers to be accommodated. In the event that it becomes apparent before this time period has expired that a full transfer cannot be completed, this time period will be shortened accordingly.
